Why am I not surprised to see you write this post, Julie? 🙂
I haven’t seen this movie yet, but will probably see it being sold here somehow. Anyway, all I know is that I’ve always believed our lives, careers, romances etc are only starting now and there’s a long, long journey ahead. We’ll be in the 30’s before we know it. So we need to make the most of everyday in order to grow as a person and as a contributer to society.

Will find a way to watch it and let you know my thoughts afterwards 🙂

I, too, saw this film recently and I loved it for the same reasons as you. I was expecting a feel-good film, maybe with a bit of comedy, which it absolutely wasn’t. It was very realistic and above all relatable, and that’s what I found so great. I love the part where Anna Kendrick’s character describes what she wants in a guy, she goes on for about 5 minutes after saying ‘not much’. lol.

The thing I found most amazing was that I could relate to both characters – Ryan Bingham’s ‘lostness’ and Anna’s inexperience especially struck a chord with me.
